I’m South African by birth, and single mom of two amazing kids. I started out my photography journey thinking I was going to become an art teacher, or broadway actress… little did I know my experience in creating art and theatre design could blend so well into the career I have now as a full time photographer. I’m completely self taught. I don’t like coffee. I’m an ambivert,have a passion for vintage movies, and I’m proud to be a 90’s kid. When I was 17, I won a national award of merit for performance art which was the beginning of me truly learning how to create photos that told a story in different and creative ways.
